Cat License Plate Topper with Wagging Tongue and Eyes Aluminum

It measures 5" tall by 4" wide. The quality is great! This is a reproduction of a license plate topper that was manufactured by Mittan NYC in the 1930 - 1940's. The eyes and tongue move back and forth as you go down the road. This make a nice dress up item for that cruiser or bomb. This item is made to mount to the top of your license plate and will accept a 1/4" bolt for attachment. The topper is light weight which is important so when mounted your plate and frame do not bend. You will be impressed with the finish. These look great on Chevrolet, Chevy, Cadillac, Ford, Oldsmobile, Pontiac. Studebaker and other makes.
