It measures approximately 5 1/2" tall by 6 1/2" wide. It is made in the USA. The quality is great! This reproduction was done to simulate the popular give-a-way Flag topper of the 1940's and 1950's. This item is made to mount to the top of your license plate and will accept a 1/4" bolt for attachment. The topper is light weight which is important so when mounted your plate and frame do not bend.
